Angie’s Story

We are very lucky to have found our new family member in Angie. She is just a delight and we love her very much.

Angie has had no trouble settling into our home life. She has beautiful manners, house training and placid nature with an abundance of love for humans. Angie loves to go on walks at home, dig giant holes in the sand at the beach, she is getting used to the waves as well. She loves to swim in the pool, in the river, in her clam shell. She loves her toys as well.

Sounds perfect but as you say with all rescue dogs there is a small problem and Angie’s problem is her dislike for other dogs.

We are unsure as to why she reacts the way she does but we are working on the problem. We have been given a few tips from her foster carer as well as enrolling her
in obedience training. She has come a long way in the 3 weeks that she became part of our family. Improving every day.

On the weekend she took a giant leap when we met our friend’s dog. Initially, she did not like him but by the end of the weekend, they were playing like two old friends. It was great to see.

We look forward to spending many years together. I have attached a few photos you might like of our gorgeous Angie.
Thanks again.
