Mandy’s Journey from Rescue to Forever Home
Mandy the Labrador has been with us for a few months now, and is the most perfect addition to our family. I met Mandy at the PetStock/Labrador Rescue open day in Canberra and it was love at first sight. The next weekend we met Mandy at her foster home, and the following weekend Mandy came home.

Mandy’s Story
Mandy (formerly Cookie) is a 5 year old chocolate lab x kelpie who is the perfect mixture of both. We are up every morning at 5.30 for a 5k walk, before she spends the rest of her day lounging around at home. Mandy enjoys being walked twice a day and being let off the lead to smell, roll and run, she is also enjoying a new diet that includes kangaroo, sweet potato and broccoli. We met Mandy’s foster dad and foster brother Peanuts (who she spent a few months with) at the dog park! We had a great time. Thank you Labrador rescue for helping us find Mandy, who is such a delight to have in our lives.
