Murphy’s Story
We don’t know why Murphy was surrendered but we do have our suspicions. Labrador Puppies are INSANE. If a labrador puppy doesn’t receive the attention and training he needs, he becomes an adorable, furry terrorist. And we suspect, that was Murphy’s story. Our foster carer knew that Murphy would need patience, love and some proper instruction on how to be a good boy. Turns out, it wasn’t just his new fur mum and dad giving the lessons!
This is Murphy with his new brother living his best life! Murphy only being 12 months at adoption, was a handful but he is a quick learner and soon fell into our routine. He is such a lovely boy and loves playing tug-o-war with his big brother and particularly loves the off-leash dog park at Bayview where he swims and runs non-stop! He goes to day care every week and although was slightly stressed on his first day now he runs to get to the front door. He did not have a great start to life but is now completely spoilt with the best pup food available and daily snuggles on the couch. Murphy’s brother has patiently taught him how to live his best life, and we’re all sharing in it.
