We don’t always know the dog’s story, but we do know when a dog has been the victim of abuse. Sadly, Polly showed all the classic signs and the Lab Rescue team was worried about her recovery. Turns out, she is a silly heart who lives the Cindy Lauper life – this girl just wants to have fun. Her new mum Sheridan says:
Polly is a beautiful girl, she has unfortunately been abused is some form of way as certain behaviours she displays show the outcome of this, however she sure does get lots of love from us she is one amazing girl. She has finally become the companion sister to her big brother Zeus who is 9 years of age, we lost an 8-week-old lab puppy last year very tragically with myocarditis & Polly has filled that whole with love.
