Winnie is a stunning 12-month-old Labrador with a heart so full of devotion it practically squeaks. For Winnie, love isn’t something given away cheaply to every passerby, it is a precious gift reserved for “her person.” Once you are in her inner circle, she will melt into your arms, follow you with unwavering loyalty, and shower you with a level of affection that feels like a full-time job.

She is exceptionally bright, eager to please, and thrives when she has a clear “why” and a steady “how.” When Winnie nails a cue and receives your praise, her entire body beams with pride.

Winnie requires a home that is quiet, predictable, and low-traffic. She is looking for a human who works with the dog in front of them, rather than trying to mold her into a preconceived idea of what a Labrador “should” be.

Strong Boundaries & Structure: Winnie feels safest when the rules are clear and consistent. She needs a human who is comfortable setting firm but gentle expectations.
A “Slow-Cooker” Approach: You cannot rush her comfort. Her new home must be willing to let her progress at her own pace, acknowledging that pushing her only set things back.
A Crate-Friendly Household: Winnie views her crate as her safe haven. Her new home must value and maintain this sanctuary for her.
Water Access: Whether it’s a pool or a backyard hose, she is an enthusiastic water baby!
No Small Animals or Young Children: Due to her boisterous puppy energy and a keen interest in chasing smaller creatures, as well as her being a bit nervous with the world right now, she needs an adult-only and slow environment
Training Commitment: She has an excellent foundation, but her learning journey is lifelong and she LOVES to learn
